Two words, Apple Picking. An annual ritual my family partakes in every fall. And between you, me, and the tree … it is my most favorite thing to do all year. We don’t just go to any ol’ apple picking farm though, you know, like the ones that have pre-picked apples, or worse, apple “bushes” instead of apple trees. No, we go to Honey Pot Hill Orchard, in Stow. An apple orchard that seems like it’s own little town when you drive up to it. Acres and acres of apple trees, just waiting for you to climb up to the tippity top and snag the fattest and juiciest apples, ever! And after we’ve climbed as many trees as we can, or when our bags are full we head over to the General Store to procure some delightful refreshments. Honey Pot’s General Store is where you can not only buy some yummy apple cider, but freshly baked, warm cinnamon & sugar apple cider doughnuts. MMMMmmmm Good.
So, now that I have made myself, and perhaps you, hungry for all things apple … imagine how excited I was when Alexis and Will were willing to meet me at Honey Pot Orchard for their engagement session!! An apple orchard is a perfect venue for a fall time engagement session! Check out these photographs and see what I mean …
Meet Will and Alexis!
They love each other <3
Their chemistry was like this for the entire session 🙂
Not only were they so fun to photograph, but we had a perfect fall afternoon, especially with the foliage!
I adore the way they look at each other.
I mean are you kidding me?!?!? This is one of my favorites!
I had a hard time choosing between the next two photographs; love the background and of course Alexis and Will are a couple of hot tamales!
Alexis’ ring is stunning.
Honey Pot’s parking lot is a perfect place for pictures, who doesn’t love pine trees and wooden fences?!
Ahhh! You two are ah-dorable!
Another favorite from the day 🙂
Alexis, you are absolutely stunning!
I love it when couples whisper to each other 😉
I think they love each other 😉
Alexis and Will, thank you so much for driving out to Stow from NYC! It was so fun to meet you both and I can not wait to photograph you again on your wedding day 🙂
